Tradedge may display historical scanner results, favorable/adverse movement, resolved alerts, performance statistics, or other historical analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future performance. Historical statistics may also be affected by methodology, market conditions, data availability, transaction costs, slippage, liquidity, and other factors.
Tradedge attempts to reconstruct trades accurately from brokerage information. However, imported data may be incomplete, ambiguous, or affected by brokerage export formats. You should verify important P&L, trade history, fees, timestamps, and positions against your official brokerage records. Tradedge is not a replacement for an official brokerage statement.
Options can involve significant and sometimes rapid losses. Options may expire worthless, experience substantial changes in value, or be affected by liquidity, volatility, time decay, assignments, exercises, spreads, and other factors. Some option lifecycle events may not currently be fully modeled by Tradedge.
Internet connections, hosting providers, market-data providers, scanners, databases, software, exchanges, and brokerage systems can fail or become delayed. Tradedge information may therefore become stale, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. A "LIVE" indicator reflects the freshness rules used by Tradedge and does not guarantee that every underlying market-data source is perfect or instantaneous.
Tradedge may eventually provide tools related to stops, profit-taking, position management, or brokerage integration. These automated order-management features are not currently available unless Tradedge explicitly states otherwise.
When such functionality is introduced, additional risks will apply, including rejected orders, delayed orders, partial fills, connectivity failures, broker outages, stale position data, duplicated requests, and market gaps. Additional disclosures and terms will be provided before such functionality is enabled.
