TRADEDGELABS

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective September 6, 2026 · tradedgelabs.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tradedge Labs ("Tradedge," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tradedgelabs.com and the Tradedge software, dashboards, scanners, trading journal, analytics, and related services.

By creating an account or using Tradedge, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Trading Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Tradedge is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tradedge complies with the laws applicable to you.

3. What Tradedge Provides

Tradedge provides software tools designed to help traders analyze market activity and their own trading performance. Current features may include market scanners, unusual stock and options activity, historical scanner information, trade journaling, CSV trade imports, trading analytics, account-based performance tracking, and other research or productivity tools.

Certain planned features, including broker synchronization and automated risk-management functions, may be displayed as "Coming Soon." A feature labeled "Coming Soon" is not currently available and should not be relied upon.

4. Tradedge Is Not a Broker or Investment Adviser

Tradedge is a software and analytics platform. Tradedge is not acting as your broker, investment adviser, financial planner, fiduciary, portfolio manager, tax adviser, or attorney.

Scanner alerts, analytics, statistics, historical results, rankings, volatility information, and other information provided by Tradedge are for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing displayed by Tradedge constitutes a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, option, or other financial instrument. You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

5. Trading Risk

Trading stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of the money you commit to trading. Past performance, historical scanner results, win rates, backtests, favorable-move statistics, or other historical information do not guarantee future performance. Please review our separate Trading Risk Disclosure before using Tradedge.

6. Trading Journal and Imported Data

Tradedge may allow you to upload brokerage CSV files or other trading records. Tradedge attempts to parse and reconstruct this information accurately, but brokerage formats may change and imported information may contain errors, omissions, ambiguities, or unsupported transaction types.

You are responsible for comparing important information displayed by Tradedge with your official brokerage records. Tradedge should not be treated as an official brokerage statement, tax record, or accounting record.

7. Unsupported Transactions

Some brokerage activity may not currently be fully supported. Examples may include certain assignments, exercises, corporate actions, unusual brokerage transaction formats, or transactions where the brokerage export does not provide enough information to determine the transaction's meaning reliably.

When Tradedge cannot safely determine what occurred, we may reject, ignore, or identify the transaction as unsupported rather than inventing information.

8. Scanner Information

Tradedge may identify unusual volatility, volume, price movement, options activity, or other market behavior. An alert indicates that a security met certain software-defined conditions. It does not mean that the security will continue moving in the same direction or produce a profitable trade.

Scanner information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect due to market-data issues, internet outages, software errors, or other causes.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Tradedge account. You must provide accurate account information and should use a strong, unique password. You may not share your account in a way that circumvents subscription limits, access controls, or beta restrictions. Notify us promptly at support@tradedgelabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Brokerage Credentials

Tradedge does not currently require users to provide brokerage passwords as part of its CSV journaling functionality. If future broker integrations are introduced, they may be subject to additional terms and security disclosures.

You should never send brokerage passwords, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials through feedback forms, support messages, or ordinary email unless specifically instructed through an approved secure process.

11. Subscriptions and Payments

Tradedge may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions may provide access to features such as live scanner information, additional account capacity, additional imports, advanced analytics, or future functionality.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Tradedge does not need to store your full payment-card number or card security code when payment is handled through a hosted third-party payment provider.

Prices, plan features, and limits may change for future subscriptions. Any grandfathered or founding pricing will apply only where specifically stated.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription using the billing tools provided by Tradedge or its payment provider. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals according to the terms shown during checkout. Deleting or disabling a Tradedge account does not automatically override obligations already incurred before cancellation.

13. Private Beta

Tradedge may operate as an invite-only private beta. Beta access may be approved or revoked by Tradedge. Beta functionality may change, break, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed. Additional beta-specific terms are contained in the Tradedge Private Beta Notice.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to bypass authentication or subscription restrictions, access another user's information, probe other users' accounts, interfere with Tradedge systems, upload malicious files, reverse engineer security mechanisms for abusive purposes, use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service, or use Tradedge for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

15. Intellectual Property

Tradedge, including its software, interfaces, branding, scanner logic, analytics systems, documentation, and related intellectual property, remains the property of Tradedge Labs or its applicable licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the software to you.

You retain ownership of the trading records and other content you provide, subject to the rights needed for Tradedge to process that information and provide the service.

16. Third-Party Services

Tradedge may rely on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, email, market information, brokerage integrations, or other infrastructure. Tradedge does not control the uptime, accuracy, policies, or availability of those third parties. Third-party outages may affect the service.

17. Service Availability

We work to keep Tradedge available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, market-data failures, network problems, software defects, or third-party failures may interrupt the service. Do not rely on Tradedge as the sole mechanism protecting a financial position.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Tradedge does not guarantee profitability, investment performance, scanner accuracy, trading success, avoidance of losses, or any particular financial result. Your results depend on your own decisions and market conditions.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradedge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service, including trading losses, lost opportunities, lost profits, or losses resulting from inaccurate or unavailable information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Changes to the Service or Terms

Tradedge is actively developing. We may modify features or these Terms over time. For material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by requiring users to accept an updated version.

21. Termination

You may stop using Tradedge at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for security reasons, legal requirements, abuse, violations of these Terms, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, subscription cancellation will be handled before final account closure.
